Introduction

Who is ESSA Health?

ESSA Health is a pioneering healthcare facilitator and medical tourism company dedicated to serving international patients with comprehensive services tailored to prioritize their needs. With a focus on providing seamless assistance to foreign nationals seeking medical treatment in India, ESSA Health offers end-to-end support throughout the entire treatment journey, from initial consultations to post-treatment care.

The Goals

The objective of this project was to design and develop a responsive website for ESSA Health that effectively communicates its vision, mission, and values while showcasing its wide range of services and treatment offerings.

The website aimed to provide a user-friendly experience for both domestic and international users, ensuring easy access to information and seamless navigation across devices.

CLEAR MESSAGING

Clear and concise statement that highlights ESSA Health's mission and value proposition, instantly captures the attention of users and conveying the brand's commitment to facilitating healthcare solutions for patients worldwide.

COMPELLING VISUALS

High-quality, captivating imagery is strategically placed to visually communicate the essence of ESSA Health's services and evoke emotions that resonate with the target audience. Images of happy, healthy patients and modern medical facilities instill confidence and trust in the brand.

INTUITIVE NAVIGATION

A well-structured navigation menu is prominently displayed, allowing users to easily explore different sections of the website and find the information they need without any confusion. Clear labels and logical grouping of menu items ensure intuitive navigation.

KEY SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS

Key services offered by ESSA Health such as pre-treatment consultation, medical procedures, doctor listings, and support services like visa assistance and accommodation arrangements are presented in visually appealing sections with concise descriptions, inviting users to learn more.

BRAND CONSISTENCY

The main page design aligns with ESSA Health's branding guidelines, incorporating the brand's color palette, typography, and visual elements consistently throughout the page. This fosters brand recognition and reinforces brand identity across all touchpoints.

RESPONSIVE DESIGN

Careful attention is paid to ensure that the main page design is responsive, providing a seamless viewing experience across various devices and screen sizes. Elements are optimized for readability and interaction on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, enhancing accessibility for users.

CALL-TO-ACTION BUTTONS

Strategic placement of prominent CTA buttons encourages users to take action, whether it's scheduling a consultation, exploring treatment options, or contacting ESSA Health for assistance. CTAs are designed to stand out and guide users towards their desired actions.

USER FEEDBACK

Iterative design processes involve gathering user feedback and conducting usability testing to refine the main page layout and functionality.

Grid System - Desktop

The grid system is based on 12 columns, 20 px gutter, 65 px margin. The overall width is set at 1140 px, providing a balanced experience across different devices.

Branding

To establish a strong brand identity for ESSA Health, I conducted thorough research into the company's mission, values, and target audience. Utilizing insights gained from this research, I developed a branding strategy that focused on conveying trust, reliability, and compassion. 

For the logo design, I conceptualized several iterations, each inspired by the essence of ESSA Health's commitment to holistic healthcare facilitation and medical tourism. After careful consideration and feedback from stakeholders, I refined the chosen concept, ensuring it encapsulated the brand's identity and resonated with its audience. The finalized logo features a symbolic representation of healthcare and global connectivity, incorporating elements that evoke professionalism, empathy, and accessibility. 

A harmonious color palette and typography were selected to complement the logo and reflect the brand's values of inclusivity and excellence. Throughout the branding process, consistency and coherence were maintained across all visual elements, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence across various touchpoints, from digital platforms to print materials. By prioritizing authenticity and relevance, the branding and logo design for ESSA Health effectively communicate its unique value proposition and leave a lasting impression on its audience.
